About Me

Hi! I'm Christine :D

I'm a UX designer based in the Los Angeles area. With a background in healthcare and customer service, I am a communications expert who has a passion for empathy and storytelling. I think it is so important to learn from others to better be able to teach and connect with them.

Having managed customers for over 10 years, I understand the importance of fostering relationships with others. I believe that each interaction is unique and I have learned to navigate conversations to fully understand where people are coming from and getting to the heart of what they need. I love applying these skills to UX and bring this high level of expertise to giving users a voice and designing effective solutions for their pains.

I’m always looking for ways to grow and love challenging myself to keep learning new skills. Besides UX, I am currently learning more about Webflow (used to build this site myself!) and beginning in web development.

When I’m not designing, I love playing games, finding a new boba spot to try, and crafting.

Currently playing: Teamfight Tactics (Reached within top 1% of NA players this season!), Genshin Impact, and Splatoon 3. I also love board games. Wingspan is my current favorite.
